Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the bicycle in its original factory box, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included and protected by the original foam padding.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
