Do Twitter Bikes come fully assembled?
For safety during shipping, our bikes are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a setup guide with every order.
What is the warranty policy on carbon fiber frames?
We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all Twitter carbon fiber frames and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from crashes or improper maintenance.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Can I return my bike if it is the wrong size?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please consult our size chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
